Your Role a Lawn & Garden Team Member

Your responsibilities will include mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming various landscapes to uphold our high-quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a collaborative team dedicated to transforming and maintaining outdoor environments.

Your Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding to ensure lawns are well-manicured and free from overgrowth.
- Assist in the planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance the aesthetic appeal of landscapes.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ years of landscaping experience, demonstrating your expertise
- A strong motivation and an innate attention to detail that fuels your success
- Proficiency in one or more trades, such as softscaping or outdoor woodworking
- Experience installing retaining walls, and interlocking stone
- Collaboration skills that foster efficient teamwork
- Possession of a valid Class G Driver’s License
