We’re looking for a skilled and experienced **Landscape Crew Member - Hardscape & Maintenance** to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in completing a variety of outdoor construction and landscaping projects — from building paver stone driveways and retaining walls to executing full garden and lawn installations. You’ll be responsible for quality craftsmanship, safe equipment operation, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Complete a range of landscaping projects, including hardscaping, garden installations, excavation, and lawn prep
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and trucks with trailers
- Follow and interpret landscape plans and client specifications
- Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress with management
- Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members
- Perform routine maintenance on tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping (5+ years preferred)
- Strong background in hardscape construction and stonework (e.g. pavers, grading, retaining walls)
- Skilled in operating machinery such as skid steers and excavators
- Valid G driver’s license (required); experience towing trailers is a plus
- Experience leading or assisting in crew management
- Ability to work efficiently and independently when required
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

**Schedule**
- Hours: 35-50 hours per week
- Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Only as needed
