Service Delivery Coordinator

Join a key team as a central person in the coordination, execution and maintenance of complex project in rig activities

Working with stakeholders and multi functional disciplines, you will ensure the smooth sailing of rig operations and procedural tasks and deliverables

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Planning, control and operational follow up for assigned projects.
- Ensuring quality service as per company procedures
- Assisting in preparation of budget and projections and responsible for financial control of assigned projects
- Ensuring prompt and efficient reporting and administration
- Ongoing communication concerning ongoing operations and projected activity with the Manager for product line.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- In addition to the above, have 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management.
