We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our growing engineering team and play a pivotal role in enhancing RocketRez Insights. This person will be instrumental in supporting customer requests, ensuring seamless platform performance, and driving continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with customers and internal teams to understand reporting needs, translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Build metrics, data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support customer decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Extract insights from complex datasets to address customer challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Develop and optimize data visualizations using tools like Power BI, and support flexible data export (Excel, CSV).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine and enhance the Insights platform, leveraging customer feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues related to reporting tools, integrations, and APIs.
- Communicate insights through clear storytelling, aligning data findings with customer objectives and goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of RocketRez’s platform and its data capabilities to act as a trusted advisor for customers.

Key Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in roles such as Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong statistical knowledge.
- Expertise in data visualization and using insights to drive business decisions and achieve goals.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with attention to detail and technical rigor.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data findings and impact.
- Comfort working across teams to identify data problems and execute solutions.

Extra Bonus if
- Experience working in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Familiarity with APIs and their role in data integration.
- Knowledge of the tours and attractions or hospitality industry.
- A Continuous Improvement Mindset and a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
