In this role you will work directly with members of the Data & Analytics team, as well as internal stakeholders across our various business units. This role will be involved in the creation and support of business intelligence reporting, data models and the growth of data literacy.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support data initiatives- Define requirements for the collection of data assets- Creation of data models to be used for business intelligence reporting- Development of business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions for internal stakeholders- Provide support on reporting solutions and tools to users- Preform ad-hoc or exploratory data analysis to support key decisions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field- 2+ years experience in a similar role- Proficiency with SQL, and experience working with enterprise scale database solutions- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI- Experience with data modelling and statistical analysis techniques- Ability to work with large scale data assets- Strong analytical and mathematical skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience with Python or R, and data manipulation/visualization packages is a plus
