**Position Title**:
Laboratory Assistant (Cell Culture)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cell culture tasks, including cell isolation, expansion, cryopreservation, and recovery;
- Assist in daily laboratory operations, such as equipment maintenance, reagent preparation, and experimental documentation;
- Support research projects, including PRP extraction and exosome-related experiments;
- Strictly adhere to laboratory SOPs and safety protocols to ensure the accuracy and traceability of experimental data;
- Collaborate with the team to optimize experimental processes and improve efficiency and quality of results.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak Chinese
- Diploma/Associate degree or higher in Biology, Cell Biology, or related fields; relevant work experience is a plus;
- Proficient in aseptic techniques and cell culture; experience with exosome or stem cell research is an advantage;
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in record-keeping and data analysis;
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to flexible work arrangements;
- A passion for research and a strong interest in the field of anti-aging are highly desirable.
- Must be a mandarin speaker

- 与团队协作，优化实验流程，提升实验效率与结果质量。

**岗位要求：**
- 生物学、细胞生物学或相关专业大专及以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握无菌操作及细胞培养技术，有外泌体或干细胞研究背景者加分；
- 细心严谨，有较强的实验记录和数据分析能力；
- 具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能适应灵活的工作安排；
- 热爱科研工作，对抗衰老领域有浓厚兴趣者尤佳。
- 必需会说中文
