Experienced Food and Beverage Server

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or POS transactions accurately.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a clean, organized dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas at all times, including the dining area, bathrooms, and service stations.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Bilingualism (e.g., English and French) is an asset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
