**_Description de Poste: _**

Se rapportant directement au Directeur Nourriture et Boissons, en tant que serveur vous devrez, sur
une base quotidienne, vous assurer que chaque membres et invites aient une experience
exceptionnelle en anticipant leurs besoins et en étant pro-actif. En tant que serveur, vous devrez offrir
un service amical, attentionné et Courtois sera attendu de votre part.

**_Les tâches incluses sans se limiter à: _**
- Recevoir les commandes de nourritures et boissons des membres et des invités
- Entrer correctement les commandes sur notre Terminal (POS)
- Servir Nourriture et Boissons correctement et dans un temps acceptable
- Nettoyer et remonter les Tables
- Correctement facturer les clients
- Maintenir les Espaces de Travail propres et ordonnés

**_ Aptitudes et Qualifications: _**
- Bilinguisme oral en français et anglais
- Doit avoir l âge mínimal pour occuper ce poste (18 ans)
- Comfortable d utiliser un ordinateur
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement a fort volume
- Capacité a faire plusieurs choses à la fois
- Pouvoir travailler sur différents horaires (jours, soirs, horaire coupé etc.)
- Capacité Physique de transporter plusieurs assiettes(avec ou sans plateau) et verres
- Pouvoir travailler debout sur de longues périodes de temps
- Expérience et connaissance de la nourriture et des vins (atout)

**_FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVER _**

**_Position Profile: _**

Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, as a “Server” you will, on a daily basis, ensure
that each Member Dining experience is exceptional by anticipating their needs and being a proactive
server. As a key Employee in a Customer Service position, providing friendly, professional and
courteous service will be expected.

**_Duties include but are not limited to: _**
- Receiving Food and Beverage Orders from Members and Guests.
- Correctly placing Food and Beverage Orders using a Point of Sales Terminal (POS)
- Delivering Food and Beverages correctly and in a timely manner
- Setting and Clearing Tables
- Correctly Closing Chits (bills)
- Maintaining a clean work environment

**_ Skills and Qualifications: _**
- Fluently Bilingual (oral)
- Comfortable using a Computer
- Ability to adapt in a stressful environment
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Able to work different shifts (mornings/days/evenings/weekends/holidays)
- Physically able to carry several plates (with or without tray) and glasses
- Physically able to be “on your feet” for an entire shift
- Experience, knowledge of food and knowledge of wine is an asset
