**Compensation**:
$80,000 - $200,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Licensed real estate agents in BC (new or experienced - both welcome)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow
- Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Open to coaching, systems, and accountability

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
