We are a growing trucking company committed to providing reliable and efficient freight transportation across North America. We’re currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Dispatcher** to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, fluency in English, and experience booking loads through **DAT** and **Loadlink**, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book freight loads for company trucks using **DAT** and **Loadlink** load boards.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and shippers.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery appointments and ensure all details are communicated to drivers.
- Monitor driver routes, progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide drivers with accurate and clear instructions.
- Handle communication with drivers, brokers, and customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all loads, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist with resolving issues during transit, including delays, breakdowns, or re-routes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years** experience dispatching in the trucking industry.
- Proven ability to **book loads using DAT and Loadlink**.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication** skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using transportation/logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive situations.
- Knowledge of Canadian and US trucking lanes, hours-of-service regulations, and compliance is an asset.

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- Full-time
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Performance-based bonuses and potential for growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- Typing: 2 years (preferred)
- dispatching: 2 years (required)
