**The opportunity**

**What you'll do**
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our diverse client base
- Manage and maintain our sophisticated Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform overseeing 500+ endpoints, virtual systems, and firewalls
- Support and configure VoIP systems for seamless business communications
- Administer Windows 10/11 Pro workstations and Windows Server environments
- Implement and manage RDP/RDWeb solutions for secure remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with efficiency and expertise
- Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to ensure robust client protection
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide excellent customer service
- What we're looking for_

**Required skills & experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Pro and Windows Server administration
- Experience with VoIP systems configuration and support
- Proficiency with RDP/RDWeb technologies
- Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including VPN configurations, secure overlays, and firewall management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Knowledge of IP-based security camera systems comes in handy
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management platforms
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
