**DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATITVE (NON-FERROUS)**

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative at our office in Mirabel In this role, you will be responsible for providing sales service to incoming leads in our sales funnel, while prospecting for new customers.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generating, developing, and qualifying new leads.
- Demonstrating products and services.
- Negotiating and closing sales.
- Meeting and exceeding call targets.
- Promoting products and services.
- Possibility of travel to 3-5 industry specific functions per year (within North America).
- Maintaining customer relationships.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of two year’s experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual French/English essential, Spanish is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
