We are currently looking for an:
**IT Manager**

Reporting to the Information Systems Director, the IT Manager is responsible for supervising the IT team, for setting up and maintaining the companys IT systems including network, servers, and storage. He has the ability to analyze complex IT problems and formulate effective solutions. The IT Manager must possess strategic thinking to align IT strategies with business objectives and ensure the security and integrity of organizational data.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Management of the IT team: lead and coordinate the IT team, provide advice and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Alignment of IT with business objectives: collaboration with management and various departments to ensure that information systems are aligned with objectives.
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies: stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies, and implement new solutions to improve organizational and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring data security: developing and implementing measures to protect the organizations information systems and data against cyber threats.
- Procedure and documentation: supervise, design, write and maintain technical documentation for networks and systems, including contingency plans, DRP.
- Monitoring and cybersecurity: monitoring vulnerabilities and risks in networks, software and intrusion risks using continuous analysis software

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Diploma and qualification:

- Bachelors degree in IT, computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Professional certifications (An asset)
- Required experience:

- 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as an IT Manager
- Hands-on experience supervising IT projects, managing teams and aligning IT strategies
- Competencies:

- Leadership and good communication skills
- **Advanced** knowledge in infrastructure, network security and systems strengthening (Firewall, Routing, VPN, VLAN, QOS, Optical Fiber, Wi-Fi, etc ).
- VMware, vCenter and storage systems (vSphere, NAS, SAN, vSAN, etc ).
- Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Terminal Server, etc.).
