**The Production Manager (PM)**:

- Manages the operations of all RV production areas to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
- Plans and establishes work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.
- Provides production process analysis and makes recommendations on solutions to process improvements.
- Is knowledgeable in concepts, practices, and procedures related to Camper manufacturing, service and repair and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks and exhibits a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
- PM reports to the General Manager.
- As a first level manager, the PM helps in the recruiting and hiring of subordinate team members and manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Has full authority for personnel actions.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years experience in production floor management.
- A Bachelor’s degree or other technical training/Certificate is preferred.
- Strong hands-on, day-to-day operational and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to write reports and procedures and, use computer/software as required.
- Good communication skills including ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Knowledge of the manufacture, service, and maintenance of campers is an asset.
- Specific duties and responsibilities may change from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $66,000.00-$96,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
