We are looking for a fearless innovator with practical experience to join our team as a Product Manager at Planitar Inc. Working alongside a variety of teams including our other Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating company-wide initiatives to develop industry-leading solutions to scale growth in established markets and drive adoption into new ones.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and understand customers’ pain points and work closely with stakeholders to drive the development of innovative products as solutions, starting from discovery to experimentation to design to delivery.
- Anticipate business challenges and recommend process, architecture, or service improvements, while analyzing technical and industry trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product stack from technical, operations and business perspectives, and use the understanding to bring high-impact opportunities to the platform product roadmap.
- Provide clear and succinct communication on status of high-impact features, project readiness, and other significant issues to a cross-functional team.
- Support Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Technical Support throughout the release process with training, documentation, announcements, and other release activities.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role, with a proven track record leading teams and delivering successful products
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development and technology trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, while also being hands-on and detail-oriented

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
