Classification: CDSW

Summary:

- Working 6 hours per week with a female individual in her home. Supports include assisting with bathing routine, hygiene care, emotional support, lifts and transfers and companionship. Experience with personal care is required.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
- A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required. Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
- Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.

**Salary**: $19.75 - $24.27 This is dependent on education.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.75-$24.27 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
