We are looking for a front desk receptionist/ Dental Office Receptionist, responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to patients. Here are the typical requirements and duties of a dental receptionist:
**Duties**:

- Greeting patients and checking them in for appointments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients via phone or in person
- Verifying patient insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations
- Collecting and processing patient payments and providing receipts
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Managing the front desk and ensuring it is clean and organized
- Coordinating with dental assistants and other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Overall, a dental receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and supporting the dental practice's daily operations. A successful dental receptionist is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must be residing in Ontario, Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in dental computer software management systems is a must
- Must possess minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus
