**Your responsabilities**:

- Obtain and keep up to date all relevant documentation.
- Ensure data conservation and archiving.
- Prepare and have payment requests approved.
- Calculating and pricing of Site Instructions and changes
- Attend all project meetings (note-taking, coordination, status updates)

**Your profile**:

- You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a strong interest in the management and administration of construction sites.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You find it easy to understand and to navigate in various computer programs.
- You have basic estimating skills.
- You have the ability to gather information.
- You have the ability to communication well with others.
- You are rigorous and reliable.
