As Project Coordinator, Sales Operations, your mandate will be to support and assist the sales, marketing and finance team in the implementation of tools and tracking processes in order to set up a "Data Driven" system. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: CRM / Acumatica - Coordinate the development projects of the CRM module and, where applicable, the ERP; - Optimize sales efficiency by refining processes and making systematic improvements; - Review the different components of the Sales cycle (Stages-Forecast) in the CRM; - Document sales processes and train the team to ensure consistency of data; - Assist and guide the ERP support team in the production of CRM changes. KPIs for Sales and Finance - Increase the use and integration of CRM with Power BI; - Produce reports as required by the sales team; - Prepare and distribute various daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports (Leads funnel, Forecast and Pipeline) as needed; Support the product management team - Establish the procedure, calculation and ERP updates of the prices of various products (new, old, after sales components); - Ensure the maintenance of price list; - Coordinate all other projects related to operations and sales. POSITION REQUIREMENTS - DEC or DEP in administration or equivalent; - Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a coordination role or similar position; - Strong customer service skills and good analytical skills; - Be proactive and have a sense of initiative; - Intermediate to advanced level of English (written and oral).
