Conducting comprehensive Fitness & Health Assessments according to the guidelines of CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology)and BCAK.

**Who You Are**:

- _Experienced and Educated. _You holda Bachelor’s degree from a recognized program along with a minimum of two years working as a certified Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiologist or Personal Trainer in a similar setting. You are a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with either the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists (CSEP). BCAK certification will also be considered.
- _Versatile: _ You bring high-level competency in delivering fitness assessments, health coaching clients, interpreting information and including other allied health providers in the treatment plan. Experience in and special interest in falls prevention and balance exercises round out your profile.
- _Technically Strong: _ You have knowledge of interpreting data from assessment measures such as DEXA scan results and are able to communicate these results effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients, families, team members and the community. Strength and conditioning knowledge and experience is a bonus
- _Passionate: _You’re a naturally caring person with great interpersonal skills and are passionate about working with people with a range of health issues. You are confident in your fitness testing skills and the prescription of exercise to meet client needs.
