**About Us**

Think Physiotherapy is a Rehab clinic located in West Cloverdale with the aim to provide quality healthcare accessible to all.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a part-time Kinesiologist to join our dynamic and innovative team of healthcare professionals. You are passionate about resolving their client’s pain and rehabilitating their injuries, open to mentorship and learning.

**What to Expect**
- Effectively understand the client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
- Ability to work as a Team with the physiotherapist to ensure that the client goals are being met
- Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for each of your clients
- Accurately document the client’s condition and progress
- Build strong connections with clients from a variety of backgrounds
- Understand how to quickly implement new technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client’s engagement
- Follow clinic business processes and workflows
- Participate in ongoing clinical education
- In coordination with the Clinical Director, review compliance and performance to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow

**Qualifications**
- Have an undergraduate degree in kinesiology or human kinetics Registration (in good standing) with the BC Association of Kinesiologists
- Be comfortable working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Be trained in functional capacity evaluations Demonstrate an understanding of medical conditions, disability management, and appropriate exercise prescription and progression.
- Must possess individual professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, self-confidence, and self-awareness
