Qualifications:
Essential:

- Experience in retail sales or customer service including responding to customer inquiries, providing information on products. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including experience working directly with the public.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability working under mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated skills using point of sale (POS) software and Microsoft Office.

Desired:

- Strong French language skills including the ability to communicate verbally.
- Knowledge of Manitoba attractions, festivals, special events and culture.

**Duties**:
The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for providing customer service, responding to inquiries, and processing sale transactions. In addition, the Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for maintaining an orderly appearance of the shop_, _restocking inventory and balancing daily.
