We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier/Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to engage with customers and manage cash operations will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and security protocols.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is required.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency are essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and order taking over the phone.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this role.
