Join us today **Key Responsibilities** - Routine surveillance of the gaming floor and back of house areas, identify potential problems, such as poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and acting as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets - Strictly adhering to the compliance of all policies and procedures in the Departmental or Internal Control Manual - Maintaining accurate logs of all calls and procedure violations or completing reviews of all material that is pertinent to site operations - Monitor major occurrences such as criminal acts committed on company property - Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all patrons and employees - Ensure that all employees are adhering strictly to policies and procedures as outlined by the Departmental or Internal Control Manual - Maintain awareness of gaming operations at all times and comply with policies and procedures in order to secure company assets - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Perform other duties as assigned **What You’ll Require** - Adherence to time and attendance standards - Knowledge of table games would be considered an asset - Overall knowledge of casino operations and internal controls - Ability to work any shift - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong keyboarding and report writing skills is required - French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset - All employees at Casino Rama are expected to: - Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act - Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols - Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers **What Is Next** - _ - **Gateway will post/recruit in accordance with the terms and conditions of applicable Collective Agreements_ - _ "Play Smart"
