As the Spa Manager, you will help build on this base and contribute to business growth overall. **Key Responsibilities**
- Researches and develops Spa Menu offerings and competitive pricing.
- Trains staff on various treatments, therapies, trends and changes in the industry.
- Hires, schedules, monitors, evaluates and develops staff.
- Schedules staff and conducts training and performance evaluations.
- Assists in developing and implementing an annual operating and capital budget.
- Develops department plans to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability.
- Ensures Spa complies federal, provincial and local laws.
- Provides and maintains excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

**What You Bring**
- Spa management experience required.
- Up-to-date on latest industry trends.
- RMT, Esthetician or Spa designation preferred.
- Solid experience in developing day spa and multi-day spa programs.
- Thorough knowledge of spa retailing operations.
