**Position Summary**:
The Studio Intern will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders and participate in complex and major projects within our Facilities department to support studio operations by assisting with the set up of equipment, asset management, supply coordination, and providing general support to studio technicians and management.
This is a full-time or part-time paid internship position which requires strong organizational, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume studio environment.
This is not a remote position and will require the incumbent to be on site for the entire duration of the internship.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with photo and video shoot set up and take down of equipment
- Attend to equipment ensuring correct placement and functionality at instructed locations, ie., sound checks
- Assist in managing asset control and equipment tags administration
- Assist paint coves
- Assist with deliveries and sourcing of materials
- Track and manage the flow of merchandise requiring photography while keeping merchandise area tidy
**Skills**:
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great team communication and collaboration
- Ability to follow directions accurately and in a timely manner
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent customer support service, interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication
- Ability to set up equipment, including lighting, backdrops, etc
- Ability to lift 30lbs when required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
**Education**:
Graduate education or currently enrolled in a recognized creative design, photography, or studio operations, or a related program with an accredited institution.
