We are actively looking for several individuals to join our team in a part-time capacity, to share information about our brand, and raw feeding in general.
1. PURPOSE
2. The Order Fulfillment Team Member works at various stations to pick, scan, pack, and build the products onto pallets and prepare the pallets for shipping to our stores/customers. With customer satisfaction being a top priority, accuracy is essential in this role. The Order Fulfillment Team Members must be proficient in following processes, working safely, and being a team player. Proficiency in following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is mandatory, and the ability to handle equipment, along with being physically fit for power walking, is required.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Building pallets for assigned routes
- Scanning products with a scanner
- Prepare and deliver customer pick up orders
- Follow ‘first in, out first out’ (FIFO) procedures
- Operate case erector to make packaging
- Operate pallet rapper to complete skids for transport
- Operate material handling equipment (power walkie) to move product within the department
- Adhering to company and department safety policy and compliance regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team lead or Supervisor

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Able to work in a temperature control environment
- Able to lift between 30 to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate ability to deliver customer service
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work as a team player
- Forklift experience would be an asset

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY
- Follow GMPs and HACCP applicable protocols
- Inspect products when picking orders and confirm quality and food safety meets requirements
- Follow up procedures for allergen control when picking order and maintain proper packaging and storage to avoid cross contamination.
- Report any issue to Order Fulfillment Team Leader
- Be aware of unsafe conditions in storage that could potentially affect food safety
