We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused individual to support our Order Fulfillment team by moving and organizing finished goods in our warehouse and freezer areas. If you’re experienced in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and enjoy working in a team setting, we’d love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**As a Forklift Operator, you will**:

- Move goods throughout the warehouse under the direction of the Order Fulfillment Supervisor
- Retrieve and return skids of finished goods from racking up to 25-30 ft high
- Organize frozen and dry finished goods using FIFO rotation protocols
- Support the team with order preparation including wrapping, weighing, and staging skids for shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report any racking damage, overages/shortages for 3PL shipments, or equipment concerns
- Perform daily circle checks on forklift equipment and keep machines clean
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure smooth order flow
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of forklift and power walkie experience
- Valid forklift license (in-house certification is an asset)
- Previous experience in general warehouse operations, order picking, and packing
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (cold/frozen)
- Able to lift between 30-50 lbs
- Reach truck license is an asset

RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY
- Handle all products with care to avoid damage during movement
- Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Follow allergen control measures to avoid cross-contamination
- Immediately report any food safety issues to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager
- Adhere to GMPs and HACCP protocols
