**About this opportunity**:
We're looking for an **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team In this position, you'll report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for building impactful relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. You'll put into action your human resources knowledge to support and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness and positively impact business results.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Your qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Degree or diploma
- Professional designation or working towards an asset
- 3+ years of Talent acquisition experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Knowledge of ADP (an asset)
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff
- Strong written and oral communication skills
