Asphalt Plant Equipment Loader Operator

**Responsibilities**:
**We are looking to for someone who has experience operating: skid steer and loader as well as capable of performing labour duties.**
- Assist the plant with Labour duties
- Operate skid steer and loader in a safe manner
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the operation of equipment and performing labour duties will be an asset
- Thorough knowledge of the safe operation of the equipment and municipal road building industry
- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends
- Valid safety certifications

**Additional Information**:

- This is a seasonal position and starts in the spring of every year
- This position is eligible for over-time
- Some travel outside of Edmonton may be required
- Training will be provided for various activities
- We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months in which you may continue your benefits during the winter months (off-season)
- Potential on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season
