Property Agent

**INTRO**:

Our team is looking for a person to fill the role of a property agent with our company. This new member would participate in processing and undertaking tenant and landlord service request for our residents and owners, including inspections and administrative tasks

This person will need to be handy with tools and rental equipment, have a ownership mentality and problem solving skills, including experience in residential property maintenance and repairs (handy-person).

**GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

The **AGENT **shall be responsible for undertaking small work orders and service request such as; small outward physical repairs and property maintenance services that do not require a license.
- **More Specifically...**_

1) **Repairs, Patching and Work Orders** for outward physical conditions of items and fixtures within a home

a) Drywall patching, painting, caulking and installing fixtures (lights, sinks and more)

b) Replace and install items such as door knobs and locks, assist in connecting or disconnecting house appliances and smoke & CO2 alarms, etc...

c) Turn around cleaning assistance, pickup and drop off items and purchases tasks requests

d) Support the team with various work order and tenant support on site

2) **Inspection and Property Review**

a) Agent will be asked to perform an inspection following a specific list of items to check on a residential home/property and premises

b) Assist tenant in troubleshooting over the phone for house items and apparatus following a provided checklist and or on-site review

3) **Administrative Task**

a) Process incident reviews with tenant (investigating service request for repairs and troubleshooting over the phone and live video prior to going on site for repairs)

b) Reporting on task completed, tenant interactions during service call, **AGENT** observation during on site visit and problem resolution solution for owner's approval
c) Assisting the team with 3rd party companies coordination and service requirements based on reported incident/task request

**MUST HAVE OWN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION & SOME TOOLS**

**GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Able to undertake repairs and/or replacement of household items
- Able to properly and effectively communicate with tenants and team members (written and speech)
- Able to investigate, resolve and or solve a maintenance issue for a residential property (trouble shooting, incident review and action plan development for repairs, process checklists inspection)
- Able to problem solve issues that can arise with a rental property over the phone and on-site (review online suggestions or tools, check you-tube videos for possible solutions, etc..)

**SCHEDULING WORK & BONUS**:

- We expect to have between 10 to 30 hours of work every week for this position and sometimes more. Your base salary is fixed and if the agent works more then 20 hours in 1 week we will provide a bonus structure of $30.00 every extra hours worked and charged to our clients and landlord members.

Part-time hours: 10 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $32,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
