**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The Manager, Revenue & Credit Management, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management, credit risk, accounts receivable, and help in treasury operations to support the organization’s financial health and long-term growth. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, optimized cash flow, and minimized credit risk. The individual will supervise the AR team, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal, and act as a key partner in driving profitability while safeguarding liquidity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor revenue streams, ensuring proper recognition, reporting, and reconciliation
- Provide actionable insights into revenue trends and customer profitability
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for credit, collections, and revenue performance
- Streamline data collection and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Forecast demand and revenue trends using historical data and market analysis
- Credit reviews to establish credit limits to new accounts
- Monitor existing credit limits
- Supervise AR team
- Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity for daily operations
- Minimize bad debts
- Reduce overall DSO (reduce average payment days)
- Negotiate with clients who have payment issues
- Lead the credit management process, including customer credit assessments, approvals, and ongoing monitoring
- Oversee collections strategies to ensure timely payments and reduced delinquency
- Establish policies and KPIs for credit risk management, bad debt provisioning, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to balance customer relationships with risk mitigation
- Ensure smooth execution of treasury operations during Director’s absence
- Maintain accurate credit records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 7-10 years of progressive experience in credit management, treasury, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar), treasury management systems, and advanced Excel/BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Sales, and external partners
- Bilingual in French and English (strongly preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving regulations and business needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
