Summary:

- Service, Maintenance, cabling and Installation of Systems Sold on site or remotely
- Diagnoses Problems, repair or replace parts and test.
- Installation of required cables at customer sites in professional manner.
- Must understand electrical theory and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Customer service and electronic Service background an asset.
- Alarm or Telecom experience would be an asset.
- Must possess and maintain a class G driver's license.
- Must maintain a clean, professional image and be Customer Service minded.
- Verify systems functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and identifying and correcting problems.
- Maintain records by documenting installations and service performed.
- Troubleshoot systems, resolve issues for customers and end users.
- Relationship building with clients and prospects for future opportunities.
- Provide unparalleled customer service excellence.
- Help build and maintain positive relations within the team.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and team player for a fast paced work place.
- **Compensation**:
You are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
- You have a valid Canadian work permit.

TECHNICAL: 1 year (preferred)

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1 year (preferred)

COMPUTER: 1 year (preferred)
