As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of home appliances. You will interact with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their appliances are functioning as intended. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to our reputation for reliable and efficient service

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair various appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and microwaves.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure top notch performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and explaining repair procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and appliance technologies.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Appliance Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 48 per week
