**Service Coordinator**

**Key Information**:

- ** A minimum of 2 years experience in administration would be considered an asset.**:

- ** Hours: Project dependent. The standard hours would be Monday - Friday, 7AM - 5:30 PM on site.**:

- **Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. (on-call rotation)**:

- ** Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- ** Health benefits and vacation pay offered.**
- ** Create and edit work orders.**:

- ** Looking up and ordering parts.**:

- Entry of Purchase Orders into the system.
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
- Providing telephone assistance in managing site inquiries, handling couriers and mail.
- Any additional and applicable inventory/shop duties as assigned.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- ** A minimum of 2 years experience in administration would be considered an asset.**:

- ** Parts & Service background - heavy equipment background would be an asset.**:

- ** Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.**:

- ** Proficient in English.**:

- ** Proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.) and an aptitude for learning various computer systems required.**:

- Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
- Ability to work well with others & independently.
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

**Education**: Completion of high school is required.
