As a Security Technician under the Senior Director of IT Solutions, you'll support cybersecurity efforts and monitor security tools safeguarding our assets and users. Your role involves risk management, incident response, and maintaining security systems. You'll analyze threats, assist in patching, and provide technical support to end-users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor security alerts for threats, anomalies, and intrusions, reporting issues to management.
- Assist in incident response, computer forensics, and investigations related to security alerts.
- Support reporting, vulnerability analysis, and risk assessment.
- Analyze vulnerabilities, create mitigation plans, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Configure and test security technologies, resolving data-related problems.
- Monitor and manage patching solutions, ensuring timely updates.
- Provide technical support to users and assist with security tool implementation.
- Review threat intelligence and coordinate patching for high-risk vulnerabilities.
- Maintain and automate security tools and processes.
- Contribute to IT security best practices.
- Assist in managing Security Awareness & Training programs.
- Perform other assigned duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Two years of cybersecurity experience.
- Knowledge of security principles, technology, and incident response.
- Skills in troubleshooting, communication, and maintaining standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive information, adapt to changes, and remain calm under pressure.
