**Job Description**:
***This is a 4 months contract.**
**What you will do**:
- Be our customers’ primary point of contact on all contact channels;
- Document detailed and accurate customer interactions;
- Acts as a liaison between the customers and our internal departments by ensuring resolution of all issues;
- Maintain an expert knowledge of our order management journey, our merchandise trends, our customer marketing programs as well as our policies and procedures;
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as handle average times, quality of cases, tele-service, and first call resolution;
- Deliver exceptional and memorable experience while building, cultivating relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty;
- Be an ambassador for the Reitmans (Canada) Ltd group and represent the company culture and values of Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment in a positive manner.
**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:
- College diploma in Administration (or equivalent);
- One (1) year experience in customer service (experience in a call center or retail store an asset);
- Excellent customer service skills, good decision making and ability to meet deadlines;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Be available for days, evening and weekend shifts;
- ** Bilingualism is required (English and French - oral and written) to respond our customers across Canada.**
