**What we expect from you**

As a Facility Manager, you are accountable for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and zoo operations (in cooperation with the Lead Zookeeper), balancing your time between the Cast and the Storefront. Among your main responsibilities:

- Supervise task execution of the operations team: stock reception, replenishment, inventory
- Ensure the replenishment of salesfloor
- Record End of Day and compile POS reports
- Ensures all checklists are followed
- Looks, each day, for potential improvements in how the Facility is managed
- Select, train, and evaluate each Cast Member per our guidelines
- Responsible for signing off on payroll & managing the Cast Budget
- Responsible for authorizing facility maintenance and purchases within the company guidelines
- Is hands-on in the daily operation of the facility
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
- Be an ambassador of our company values

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience required in a similar position, minimum 2 years
- Full G Class License and access to vehicle
- Available to commute to our Whitby Location for Training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

- retail management: 2 years (required)
