**Job Overview**
**LaMochi Donuts & Sweets** is looking for a passionate and energetic **Part-Time Barista** to join our team If you have a love for coffee, bubble tea, and delicious desserts, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 1 year+ Experience in food and beverage management is an asset.
- 2 years+ Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve beverages, including bubble tea and coffee, according to standard recipes.
- Create fun and exciting desserts such as donuts, bubble waffles, ice cream, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist customers with their orders, offering recommendations and answering menu-related questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and replenishing stock supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance the guest experience.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
