**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations during food preparation and handling.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in food service or food preparation is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
