Walker RNG Inc. (Walker RNG) is a large scale agricultural anaerobic digester facility located near Aylmer, Ontario. The facility digests the manure from the co-located dairy farm with off-farm organic material to produce renewable natural gas.

Walker RNG Inc. is looking for an individual who shares our passion for agriculture. The service technician position is an extremely important position at Walker RNG. You will be working closely with the owners as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the facility runs at peak performance. **Job Requirements**

Preventative maintenance on all facility equipment

Break-fix on all facility equipment

Facility operation (including feeding digesters, performing system checks, sampling, operating heavy equipment and other duties as required to ensure peak facility performance)

Maintain a professional, tidy and organized facility

Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all internal and external parties

Provide quality workmanship consistent with company and industry standards

Follow health and safety requirements in all regards

**Skills and Qualifications**

Strong electrical/electronics, controls, PLC’s, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing and troubleshooting skills

Highly organized to plan your day and prioritize your workload

Ability to work independently and as part of team

Ability to take complete ownership of assigned work, including 100% follow through of tasks to completion.

Strong communication skills to clearly communicate with others regarding the work being done and the outcomes that were accomplished

Ability to perform physical tasks, this position will require climbing, lifting, pushing, bending/stooping

**Background in the agriculture industry is an asset**

Service Technician experience is an asset

Must be legally entitled to live and work in Canada

Must maintain a valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract and your own vehicle, we are not located on a public transportation route

Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation commensurate with experience
