**What you will do**
- ** Process Mapping and Business Needs Assessment**:

- Document existing business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to define desired business outcomes to recommend and deliver appropriate data solutions (reports, spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Ensure that proposed data solutions align with business objectives and are reflected in updated process documentation.
- ** Business Process Improvement**:

- Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and optimize operational performance.
- ** Analytics Enablement**
- Develop communication and training plans for new and existing Tableau dashboards and information products
- Coach users on use and functionality of Tableau dashboards
- Steward and administer Tableau Portal
- Administration of Tableau user groups and project folders
- ** Reporting & Evaluation**:

- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Assess the impact of new programs, products, and initiatives, providing valuable insights for improvement and support organizational decision-making.

**What you bring to the table**:

- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 0 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preference given to automotive industry experience.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools (Tableau) is a plus.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** Collaborative Approach**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices would be an asset.
