ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Data Analyst for immediate contract opportunities with ARC’s clients.

**ROLE: DATA ANALYST**

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:

- University graduation-Computing Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Engineering (ENG), Management Information Systems (MIS) or related discipline & 6-yrs progressive related experience;
- 2-yr diploma-CS, IT, ENG, MIS or related discipline & 8-yrs progressive related experience;
- 1-yr certificate-CS, IT, ENG, MIS or related discipline & 9-yrs progressive related experience;
- 10-yrs progressive related experience
- 3 years experience building high performance, scalable and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters
- 3 years experience in creating Microsoft-SQL database solutions
- 5 years experience with projects that involved data science, data engineering and / or AI
- 3 years experience integrating DevOps practices to the development workflow using CI/CD best practices
- 5 years experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions
- 4 years experience with dimensional modeling techniques
- 3 years experience with Python development
- 4 years experience with relational database modeling techniques
- 4 years experience working in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role
- 5 years direct, hands-on experience with design and implementation of data security, data privacy, policies, data de-identification/anonymization, data audits/reviews, synthetic data
- 5 years experience in Agile project methodology
- 4 years experience in building analytical and quantitative analysis models
- 5 years experience in understanding complex businesses questions and framing the right analytical question to solve a business problem
- 5 years experience using Hadoop, Microsoft SQL and unstructured data. Must have background with unstructured data, in the form of social media, video feeds or audio
- 4 years experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments
- 4 years experience working across both business and technology

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
