**Individual responsibilities**

**Embrace your true self** by unfolding your expertise within Gary Turner's team of our division Specialty Products Group- Participate in the achievement of the service's health and safety objectives.
- Oversee transportation operations, maximizing truck capacity in collaboration with customers and in compliance with standards and best practices in operations, management and OHS.
- Ensure workforce management.
- Engage staff in the vision and mission of the service.
