Reservations Agent

JOB DUTIES:

- Quick and accurate data entry
- Review and process reservations files
- Management of Availability and Fleet Optimization
- Analyze and process data to maintain reservations
- and fleet schedules.
- Create spreadsheet templates, prepare documents, and compile daily reports.
- Assist with special administrative projects as required.
- Perform general administrative duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Advanced MS Excel skills with understanding of formulas and functions
- Technology savvy with an interest in learning new skills and programs.
- Must enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
- Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution to the work environment.
- Have excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele.
- Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple ongoing assignments simultaneously.
