Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the new ERP system(ECI M1)
- Act as a liaison between the ERP team and other departments to facilitate communication and alignment on ERP-related initiatives
- Develop and execute rollout schedules for ERP system functionality enhancements
- Provide training and support to team members on ERP system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of ERP system into daily operations
- Oversee manufacturing controls and real-time tracking within the ERP system
- Manage inventory tracking, resource planning, and scheduling processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes and workflows
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align ERP initiatives with company objective
- Other duties and projects as required.

Schedule

8 Hour Shift: Monday - Friday

Location: In Person
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience utilizing and maintaining an MRP system
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
