**Adamson Systems Engineering Inc.** (Adamson) is a leading manufacturer of professional audio equipment. Our production facility is highly vertically integrated, with product being manufactured from raw material all the way to finished goods. With a new facility expansion we have increased our capacity to produce, and are introducing a new ERP system to assist with our scale-up.

We are seeking motivated, creative, and exceptional people to join our world-class team. Presently, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator with deep knowledge of global supply chain management, as well as experience managing a global distribution network.

As the Supply Chain coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the relevant functions within our ERP team are being managed and improved. You will make sure the purchasing department is meeting replenishment and inventory targets and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory tracking, resource planning and inbound / outbound logistics
- Find and engage with new suppliers to improve the stability of the supply chain
- Set purchasing targets and ensure that the team strives to meet them
- Promote a culture of constant improvement by setting KPIs for the logistics and purchasing teams
- Lead efforts to improve inventory management by implementing scheduled cycle counts and larger inventory counts
- Improve inbound / outbound logistics from a timing and cost perspective; identify and secure freight contacts and negotiate better terms with existing partners
- Work with the ERP team to streamline the performance of the system and provide guidance on how to improve dashboards and reporting tools
- Assist in resolving inventory shortages and implement systems to prevent future shortages from occurring

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management etc.)
- 7+ years in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years leading a team of manufacturing professionals
- Solid experience working with ERP systems such as ECI M1, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor etc.
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
- Advanced MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.
