**Adamson Systems Engineering** is a vertically integrated, mixed-mode manufacturer with an extensive range of modern production technologies located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide.
- **Job Summary**_

We are looking to hire an experienced full-time Electronics **Production Manager** **(ERP)** who will develop, structure and lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the relevant departments. The Electronics Production Manager has extensive experience with ERP implementation and optimization.
- **What We Expect From You: Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Collect, compile, analyze, develop, and report data regarding SMT and assembly operations
- Utilize ERP for data management, analysis, planning and forecasting
- Responsible for overall efficiency and quality of product manufacturing cycle
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration requirements
- Implement changes in production flow to simplify / improve capacity
- Experienced working in a build to order environment
- Support new product development process from prototype to full production status
- Responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards
- Lead and participate in problem-solving and risk assessment
- Make certain that adequate process audits are in place
- **What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience**_
- A background in ERP optimization in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP implementations and/or upgrades
- 5 Years of experience managing teams in PCB electronics and a final assembly environment.
- A deep understanding of Discrete Manufacturing
- Experienced in managing workflow scheduling, equipment, and staff utilization.
