**Summary**:
The **Rental Coordinator** will play a role in supporting Clearway Equipment’s daily activities and support of project site requirements. This role will be primarily focused on supporting Clearway’s equipment rentals across the country, including both internal equipment requirements and 3rd party rentals.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain competitive pricing matrix for 3rd party rentals
- Relationship management with rental vendors and coordinate service schedules with the field.
- Manage service/repair requests from the field when equipment fails
- Tracking of equipment/inventory rentals
- Working closely with our logistics dept to ensure equipment locations are up to date and arrange for transportation.
- Work with Fleet Supervisor to track and monitor daily rentals and extension requests
- Issue PO’s for 3rd party rentals
- Supporting all Insurance Requests for 3rd party rentals.
- Other duties as needed
- Flexible to work outside of work hours as needed/Emergency requests

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Education preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a fleet, administrative or logistics support role, preferably in the Construction or Equipment Rental industries.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe and third-party software platforms such as Texada/Hilti or other fleet management software
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
- Proficient in the English language with strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines and work under strict time constraints
- Be self-motivated and driven
