**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Negotiate, analyze, prepare and revise contracts involving the sale or purchase of products and services, supplies, equipment, materials and other items;
- Collect, validate and communicate contract related data and reports, requested by Corporate/Segment/Sector/Division;
- Maintain and update contractual database, records, changes, status reports and other information;
- Work with Corporate/Segment/Sector/Division to obtain contract approvals;
- Manage the new and existing contract reviews, contract modifications and contract performance including change control process and overall contract administration;
- Work closely with Program Management/BD/Proposals on contractual matters including terms and conditions, project scope of work, and scheduling of payment milestones. Ensure contract terms & conditions are followed; inform project teams of key terms that require special attention; prepare flow down requirements for subcontractors;
- Analyze requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with corporate and company policies and procedures;
- Assist in the performance of effective subcontract management with vendors;
- Maximize cash through innovative contract formation and negotiation to achieve business objectives;
- Influence successful business outcomes in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income and free cash flow for new and continuing programs; and
- Assist with Offset/VP/ITB requirements for the company as needed.
